Aparova O. The provision of economic efficiency of air-transport enterprises constant development

The dissertation research is devoted to the theoretical, methodological and practical issues of providing economic efficiency of air-transport enterprises constant development at present and future. The present research suggests the definition of the notion "efficiency of air-transport enterprises constant development" and formulates its main features; it also improves the notion of "enterprise flexibility". The author elaborated and suggested the organizational-and-economic mechanism of providing the constant development of an airline and formulated main requirements to its functioning. The trends and peculiarities of the constant development mechanism implementation into the activity of airlines in Ukraine are defined, on the basis of which the model of providing the airlines' income increase is propounded, which is directed at defining the revenue volume via providing the attraction of passenger traffic as the main precondition of overcoming crisis developments at airlines, followed by the further recovery from recession. The outcomes of the research made it possible to effectuate the forecast of economic indices of the State Aviation Enterprise "Western airlines" activity till 2014.
