Essay

Morphological, histochemical and lectinohistochemical researches carried out on rat embryos and fetuses from the age of 13 to 22 day of prenatal development at normal conditions and under influence of therapeutic, subtoxic and toxic doses of paracetamol and nimesulide have allowed to determine that paracetamol and nimesulide disturbed prenatal organogenesis of lungs and kidney. It was found that paracetamol has more damaging action on kidney organogenesis and nimesulide has more aggressive influence on lung organogenesis, severity of which depends from dose. Therapeutic and toxic doses of paracetamol are more aggressive for the both organs. Nimesulide provoke changes in toxic dose. Subtoxic dose of paracetamol and therapeutic dose of nimesulide has minimal negative effects.
