Essay

Species composition of insekt pests of spring and winter rape is specifieded. The most harmful species are determined. Peculiarities of their biologi, ecologi, seasonal dynamics of populacions as well as harmfulness are investigated. Calendars are developed for predicting the dates of their appearing in spring. Regional ecologicalli oriented system of rape protection against insects is grounded and implemented. Economical evalution of suggested protective measures is presented. The most resistant to Meligethes aeneus rape of the following varieties: spring Sirius and winter Anna.
