Paytra N. Own capital forming mechanism of banks of Ukraine.

The dissertation is dedicated to the development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations, directed on the improvement of management by own capital forming mechanism of banks of Ukraine. It is systematized and classified the factors of origin of necessity in the own capital increase. The model of growing capitalization bank and administrative approach is developed to determination of optimum sources of own capital increase. The method of monitoring of capitalization is improved on the basis of cluster method. The model of trust is offered in bank. Were grounded advantages and lacks of ІРО and multicriterion comparison of the public placing of actions and eurobonds is carried out.
