Bakay Y. Legal Regulation of Relations with Regard to Growing and Sale of Sunflower Seeds in Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to research of issues of legal regulation of relations in regard to growing and sale of sunflower seeds under Ukrainian legislation. It inquires into historical aspects of development of relevant legislation, underlines the principles of legal regulation with regard to growing and sale of sunflower seeds, specifies the legal nature, industry classification, the position of legal grounds for growing and sale of sunflower seeds in the body of Ukrainian laws. It separately considers the specifics of legal standing of agricultural producers, whose economic activity is connected to growing and sale of sunflower seeds, and who has been classified into classes. Special attention has been given to the system and specifics of sunflower seeds sales contracts. It finds out distinctive features of contracts of procurement, delivery and sale of sunflower seeds. It gives recommendations on improvement of legislation governing relations with regard to growing and sale of sunflower seeds in Ukraine developed for its better effectiveness.
