The analysis of the crime components stipulated by the Article 247 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, external and internal signs of a crime, are carried out in the thesis. The conditionality of criminal-legal injunction of violation of the legislations about plants protection is studied. The matter concerning the separation of violation of the legislations about plants protection from other crimes and administrative-legal torts is considered.
