The dissertation is devoted to researching possibility of providing the complex of high elinvar's properties in the alloy's 44НХМТ small bars, using for making resonators of channel electromechanical filters (EMF), by the method combined termomechanical treatment, including a cold deformation, dynamic senescence (DS) and final senescence. The perspective construction material for making resonators of channel EMF is a precipitation-hardening elinvare alloy 44НХМТ. The combined treatment method, including a cold deformation, dynamic senescence (DS) and final senescence, to get small bars with high good quality (Q>25 000). The optimal mode of combined treatment is determined: tempering; cold deformation; dynamic senescence under the load at 700C during 25 minutes; final senescence at interval 500 - 700C. The influence of the basic elements Ni, Cr, Ti on the alloy's 44НХМТ elinvare's properties is learned by the mathematical planning method. The results of the work received practical approval and are inculcated in Snezhnoye machine building plant "MOTOR SICH" and Alchevsk scientific-and-industrial enterprise "Technology". Economic efficiency of the developed method of an alloy 44НХМТ combined treatment is arrived at by cutting production rejects and rising in coefficient of using of metal.
