Object is a process of organization of corporate control in the direction of providing of corporate defence in the conditions of machine-building enterprises. The article is an organizationally economic mechanism of corporate control in a management on the basis of methods of internal audit and providing of them machine-building enterprises corporate defence. Methods: of high-quality analysis and synthesis, of quantitative analysis and synthesis, of the financial planning, statistical groupments, of expert estimations, selective supervisions, of economic-mathematical design. In the first time: grounded position about intercommunication of corporate control and internal audit; the structure of organizationally economic mechanism of corporate control is formed, certainly methodology of estimation of authenticity of corporate fascination of machine-building enterprise. It is improved: concept vehicle of process of corporate control; methodological bases of public accountant estimation of authenticity of corporate fascination; methodical approaches are in relation to development of strategy and tactic of corporate defence.
