Dissertation was devoted to improvement of technology of making of solidly run carcasses metalloceramic prothesis wint the help of mechanical and mathematical modeling intensively deforming stateof metalloceramic shell and clinical testing of the results of research. A research was realized for adults with metalloceramic constructions with the purpose of learning complications during using prothesis. With the help of facts which have been received during mechanical and mathematical modeling, there was worked out an improved way of section of supporting teeth under metalloceramic prothesis and the way of modeling shells of ceramic constructions. The facts which have been received during 12 months, testified that improved ways of making solidly run carcasses metalloceramic prothesis can be effectively used during making the constructions for patients with defects of dental series of middle and large length in side area and in area of transition of vestibular surface into side one.
