Essay

Research object. Process of government control of dividend policy as to the constituent of corporate management of domestic enterprises of joint-stock pattern of ownership. Research purpose. Teoretiko-methodical ground and development of practical recommendations on the increase of efficiency of government control of dividend policy of joint-stock companies. Research methods. Analysis, synthesis, dialectical method of cognition, abstract-logical, method of comparative analysis, method of taxonomical analysis, method of complex analysis, expert method. The practical value of work consists in that the use of theoretical positions, conclusions and suggestions, resulted in dissertation work, can be used in activity of organs of legislative and executive power for the improvement of the system of adjusting of dividend policy. Research results present practical interest for the economic subjects of corporate sector which are interested in the improvement of mechanism of management a dividend policy. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in a theoretical ground and development of the conceptual going near the increase of efficiency of government control of dividend policy of domestic enterprises of joint-stock pattern of ownership. Suggestion in relation to introduction of the special informative base for the estimation of efficiency of dividend policy and government control of corporate management taken into account in control activity of the Kharkov territorial management of the State commission on securities and fund market. The offered methodical developments on the choice of strategy of dividend policy and its realization were used functional services of production enterprises. Drawn on the separate results of research in the educational process of the Ukrainian engineer-pedagogical academy.
