Research object. Processes of co-operation between all subjects of innovative process within the limits of providing of innovative development of separate industry and country on the whole, in particular co-operation of public authorities of all branches at all level as mutual tying up, elements of the single structures system, organizations, enterprises, their unions and individuals, which are engaged in financing, development, realization, research and introduction of innovatsiy. Research purpose. Theoretical and methodological ground of bases of organization of adjusting of innovative development of national economy, suggestions relatively to perfection of mechanism of innovative process control. Research methods. Statistical analysis, methods of theoretical generalization and comparisons, formalizations and economical-mathematical designs. The practical value of work consists that conducted in work research, theoretical generalizations and methodical developments can be used in practical realization of the scientific and technical programs of economic development of country, separate industries of economy and enterprises. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in the ground of elements of organization of the system of adjusting of innovative development of national economy. A conceptual model which dynamically connects the standardized elements of administrative organization and kognitivnogo update and is based on the project-oriented methodology of management by innovative development at the level of region is first grounded. The results of dissertation are used in practical activity of Headquarters of Economy of Kharkov Regional State Administration, and also in Work of Headquarters of Statistics in the Kharkov Region. The separate results of research are used in an educational process in the Kharkov National University of the V.N. Karazіna name.
