The dissertation research is devoted to the problems of improvement of management of investment activity of subjects at Ukrainian mortgage market. There is determining of component parts of management of investment activity at mortgage market, is specified the category-concept vehicle of mortgage investments, is explored process of creation of national mortgage model, are formulated main ways of improvement of mortgage system in Ukraine. It is proved that Ukrainian mortgage system should be based on European model.
