The thesis highlights the development of the theoretical and methodical principles and practical recommendations aimed at improving the organizational and economic mechanism of the functioning of agricultural enterprises on Ukraine's domestic food market. The author determines the essence, the components of the organizational and economic mechanism and the approaches to the functioning of agricultural enterprises on the domestic food market. The paper also suggests the methodical approach to assessing the efficiency of the agricultural enterprise functioning on the domestic food market. The author substantiates the economic and mathematical model for optimizing the level of the state interference in the functioning of agricultural enterprises on the domestic food market. The proposals related to the improvement of the agricultural produce marketing organization are formulated.
