Bogushko O. Management of Airline Capital Structure

The thesis is devoted to investigation of formation mechanism of airline loan capital which is an unexplored part of mechanism management of airline capital structure and signifies the system of management functions, economic relations, economic leverage directed at loan capital formation with the purpose of effective influence on ultimate results airline activity. The subsequent development is achieved the concepts "personal capital", "loan capital", "commercial mechanism", "economic mechanism". The author generalizes and substantiates on scientific basis a necessity and a role of formation mechanism of loan capital in effective airline operation system through the integrity of its components. It is offered projects of sequence execution of economically effective actions which are provided by formation mechanism of airline loan capital as a part of mechanism management of airline capital structure in economically effective decision-making process by using MS Excel. As a result it is produced calculation results the sequence of airline effective economic decisions for loan capital mobilization on an example of average European airline.
