Laschenko O. Management personnel support of airlines economic security

Dissertation is devoted to discourse theoretical and methodological position for the management personnel support of airlines economic security. For this purpose the formation of the theoretical foundations of enterprises personnel is proposed as a tool to achieve staffing. The existing theoretical approaches to enterprises economic security by recruiting and personnel management are critically reviewed. Such methodological approaches are improved: assessment of staffing the airline through statistical model of HR set potential assessment each functional Airlines unit and formation of human resources through the airline stochastic hierarchical model of Airlines human resourses management development. Unlike existing models it helps to determine the limit for personnel in the forecast period and minimize the personnel costs through the use of predictive values.
