In this thesis the theoretical and methodological approaches to the restructuring of all kinds obligations in order to effectively control their activities. Based on a study of existing classification performance obligations of enterprises expanded classification of obligations of the facility, which aims to improve their performance. Courtesy s opinion and theoretical categories of economic substance "obligations" and "debt" and defines their logical subordination. In this work the performance assessment of the financial condition of enterprises, which enabled the author to develop a method of assessing the level of debt. The proposed methodology allowed the opportunity to assess the state commitment to the food industry. System generalized methods of debt management and restructuring of the place. A detailed classification of restructuring tools, depending on which performance criteria they use. A logical sequence of planning stages of debt restructuring and proposed organizational and managerial effectiveness of restructuring. Based on legal research capabilities restructuring liabilities by their exchange of securities of the debtor proposed changes to legislation in the removal of restrictions on additional issue of shares for the purpose of restructuring. Based on the comparison of asset quality of the food industry examined the economic efficiency of restructuring their debt on loans by credit extension agreements, additional issue of shares and their subsequent exchange of debt, stock split and sale of shares for the purposes of investment projects, conversion of shares into bonds and exchange Latest on debt.
