Apanasenko A. The peculiarities of labour relation regulations at railway transport of Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to complex research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulations at railway transport of Ukraine. The objective factors of differentiation of legal labour relation regulation at railway transport of Ukraine have been found out. The definition of a notion "a worker of railway transport of different professions" has been improved. The historical aspects (origin) of legal labour relation regulation in the field of railway transport have been investigated and six stages of labour legislation development depending upon the methods of labour relation regulation in the field of railway transport have been found out. The peculiarities of origin, changes and breaching of labour agreements with workers of railway transport have been analyzed. The specificity of legal regulation of working time, rest time, wages and labour discipline at railway transport has been defined. The problem of making and fulfilling agreements in social economy policy at railway transport has been solved. The peculiarities of collective agreement regulations of labour relations with workers of railway transport have been found out. The necessity of a new kind of Social Partnership Acts - field territory agreements - compared with the Collective Agreements and Treaties Law has been proved. The concrete recommendations for the improvement of Labour Law of Ukraine and its fulfilling in some parts of investigated problems have been introduced.
