Kozub I. Legal regulation of work of persons with low working capacity.

The thesis is dedicated to complex analysis of legal regulation of work of persons with low working capacity. It studies conceptual approaches to entity characteristics and the content of the notion "persons with low working capacity". The right to employment of people with low working capacity is exposed through the prism of the natural right and constitutional principle. Found out: peculiarities of working capacity of persons with low working capacity; that persons declared disabled under the Civil Law. Analysis was performed in the thesis and definition of international standards was given in the field of employment of persons with low working capacity. It studies guarantees of the right to employment of persons with low working capacity that are give at employment, during employment and at termination of labor contract. The study reveals the problems of law implementation practices of legal regulation of work of persons with low working capacity. It gives suggestions and recommendations on the improvement of Labor Law of Ukraine.
