Essay

Objective-there are the patients with the destructive forms of white plague from bacterioexcretion. Meta-study degree bacterioexcretion rate and antibiotic sensitivity of mycobacterial isolates derived from patients with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis, methods-microbiology, immunological, mathematics-static. Apparatuses-microscopes of autoclaves, fotoelecrocolorumetr, thermostats, centrifuges, metering devices, densilometr. Expediency of parallel examination of pulmonary tuberculosis patients' sputum using both microscopic and culturing method has been proven. Investigation of prevalence, structure, and medicamental resistance profile of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to a novel domestic antituberculous drug, flurenizide, in strains isolated from patients discharging bacteria has shown that prevalence of primary medicmental resistance to flurenizide was 11,8%. Flurenizide can be a substitute for isoniazid, considering bacteriostatic activity of the former, if primary medicamental resistance to isoniazid or its intolerance is established. Intensity of immune system disorders has been found to aggravate with increase of bacterioexcretion extent and chemoresistance structure.
