Essay

Research object: 157 patients with urethritis, 47 practically healthy men. Research aim. To describe the leading pathogens of urethritis, their sensitivity to antibiotics, to study the status of large intestine microflora and immune system in urethritis. Research methods: bacteriological, mycological, immunological. Apparatus. Thermostats, centrifuge, anaerostat, рhotocolorimeter, microscope. The leading pathogens have a high antilysozyme, anticomplementary and antiimmunoglobuline activities, and polyantibiotic resistance. Urethritis is formed on a background of the dysbiotic changes of large intestine microflora I - IV degrees and accompanied with immunodeficient status of II - III degree. The method of complex diagnostics of urethritis is offered. Disorders of systemic immunity require the use of immunotropic medicines. Changes of large intestine microbiocenosis in patients with bacterial urethritis allow to ground the including of probiotics. Degree of introduction: to the educational process of profile departments of МHC Ukraine. Sphere of the use: medicine, urology, microbiology, immunology.
