Essay

Object for investigation: infections and inflammatory purulent processes. The aim: to study and microbiologically prove the properties of newer antiseptic suppositoria with decamethoxine based into semisynthetic glycerols. Methods of investigations: microbiological, morphological, physicochemical, statistics. Equipment: microscope "Biolam", thermostat (incubator), autoclave, hot air oven, pH meter, camera "Olympus". Antiseptic suppositoria based into new composition ovucire have demonstrated high antimicrobial activity to refferens and clinical strains of Staphylococci and Escherichia have not caused morphological changes into tissue structure of such inner organs animals. The level of introduction: The results have been incorporated into study programmes of microbiology, virology and immunology department; gynecology and obstetrics one; surgery department of high education school of Ukraine, 1 lysense. Branch of usage: medicine (gynecology, proctology, surgery)
