Beregulya O. Development of the mortgage crediting as factor of competitiveness of banks of Ukraine

In dissertation theoretic-methodological bases and practical recommendations as to influence of the morgage crediting on the competitiveness of bank are specified and defined. Economic nature of competitiveness of bank is found out.Essence of the mortgage crediting as a factor of competitiveness of bank is ascertained. A place and role of instruments of the mortgage crediting in providing of competitiveness of banks is exposed.Condition of the mortgage crediting in Ukraine and its influence on the level of competitiveness of banks is analysed. Application of instruments of the mortgage crediting as a mean of increasing of competitiveness of domestic banks is estimated. The specific features of influencing of the mortgage crediting on the level of competitiveness of banks of Ukraine and the USA are distinguished. Constituents of anticrisis policy at the market of the mortgage crediting in direction of providing of competitiveness of banks are ascertained. Directions of strengthening of influence of national system development of the mortgage crediting on the competitiveness of domestic banks are determined. The ways of improvement of instruments of mortgage crediting in Ukraine are distinguished.
