The dissertation is devoted research of elimination, destruction or damaging of monuments - objects of a cultural heritage and its signs. Theoretical positions which concern the criminal liability for elimination, destruction or damaging of monuments - objects of a cultural heritage are protected. Objective and subjective signs of this crime are investigated. The concept of patrimonial object of elimination, destruction or damaging of monuments - objects of a cultural heritage is formulated from the new point of view.
