The investigation Object are multistage technological processes with man-machine control (MSTP with MMC). The investigation Purpose is increasing of multistage technological processes with man-machine control management efficiency with the help of new information technology of such processes optimization. Theories of the systems and system analysis, shaping the database/knowledges from their elementary models; the linearizations and optimization methods, computing methods and optimization methods, positions and methods theory of chances and mathematical statistics for achievement puted purposes are used. Scientific innovation is concluded that is for the first time information technology for multistage technological processes optimization with man-machine control, models for individual operator features change and models of information aggregations by a coordinator was designed. For the first time method multistage technological processes optimization with man-machine control is designed. model for individual operator features change and its influence upon efficiency of the MSTP with MMC operation was developed. Model of information aggregations by a coordinator was developed. The results of The Thesis are introduced in RPC "Radiy" (Kirovograd), SLR "Repair-mechanical plant" (Alexandria) and in educational process of management computer system pulpit Vinnitsa national technical university.
