Kalynets K. The mechanism of increasing efficiency of Stock Exchange functioning in Ukraine.

The economic content of Stock Exchange as the special form of organization of securities market was determined in the dissertation. For determination of complex estimation of level of Stock Exchange efficiency the special algorithm was developed which foresees basic criteria of analysis of the Stock Exchange trading results. An author analyzed the features of organization and dynamics of development of Stock Exchanges in Ukraine on the basis of stage-by-stage analysis of their development. For the construction of efficient stock market and involving the investors, it is necessary to perfect the mechanism of its state adjustment.
