Essay

The thesis is devoted to changes within the vaginal microflora of experimental animals under a different influence factors. The model of vaginal dysbacteriosis in mice by intravaginal introduction of antibiotics and suspensions of microorganisms (S. aureus (1) and E. coli (1)), and in the application immunosuppressors was created. Shown qualitative and quantitative changes of the vaginal microflora under the formation dysbacteriosis. Established that in the case of input of bacteria (5?107 cells) and antibiotics, changes in vaginal microbiocenosis precede changes in immunity. In experimental series using cyclophosphamide determined that changes in the state of immunity precede changes in microbiocenosis vagina. Determined that the general trends of development and dysbacteriosis vagina of mice is to reduce the number and frequency of CFU lactobacilli while increasing the frequency of detection and quantitative indicators of conditionally-pathogenic microorganisms. The ratio of aerobic: anaerobes is changing in favor of obligate-anaerobic microorganisms. Established that the microbiological picture dysbacteriosis are ambulatory at the time: the composition of microflora is constantly changing, but never takes the form typical for the norm during the time of observation. Key words: dysbacteriosis, vagina, antibiotics, immunosupression, S. aureus, E. coli.
