Presented thesis is devoted to a rolling stock running gear failure prevention by the means of wheels acoustic control using synthesized focusing aperture adaptive method. The developed control method opens a perspective to create a new class of semiautomatic devices, which can allow to reduce railway rolling stock breakdown rate by means of using composite acoustic control and modern mathematical methods for wheels diagnostics during train motion.
