Drobot Z. Legal Regulation of Pension Insurance in the Event of Loss of a Breadwinner.

The thesis deals with complex research of thoretical and practical aspects of legal regulation of pension insurance relations in the event of the loss of a breadwinner. The definition, principles and kinds of pension insurance, formation and development of pension insurance legislation in the event of the loss of a breadwinner, sources of its financing are analyzed. The definition of pension in the event of the loss of a breadwinner and the conditions of its granting are determined. Legal facts, which cause appearance of legal relations from general obligatory pension insurance in the event of the loss of a breadwinner are analyzed. The subjective body of studied relations is defined. New conceptual in theoretical sense and practicaly important provisions, dealing with legal embodiment of the circle of people and pension amount in the event of the loss of a breadwinner are determined. On the basis of analysis of literature, legislation in force, practice of its application and foreign experience propositions on improvement of legal regulation of pension security in the event of loss of the breadwinner are provided.
