Tsimbal V. Development of agricultural serving cooperation in the agrarian sector of Ukraine economy

Object of research is the process of establishment and developments of agricultural serving co-operative societies in Ukraine and formation of strategy of their activity in the conditions of the developed market. The purpose of dissertational research consists in a comprehensive scientific substantiation and deepening of theoretical-methodological approaches of formation of effective co-operative structures in agrarian sector of Ukraine. Methods: the monographic; the dialectic; is abstract-logic; sociological interrogation; statistical-economic receptions; graphic, construction of numbers of dynamics; the SWOT-analysis; logic modelling. Theoretical and practical results: conception of creation of pilot projects from the separate types of attendant cooperative stores, on the base of peasant, farmer economies, reformed or accrued agricultural enterprises which would become a standard for alteration of new similar structures in a region are grounded. Notion of efficiency of attendant cooperative stores is extended from an economic function on organizational and social, the criteria of their estimation are developed. Influence of psychological factors on the system of management of cooperative forming are exposed, as well as specific of origin of conflict situations and facilities of neutralization of their negative actions; the effective system of rotary press of administrative shots of co-operative structures are offered. The measures of co-operatives development governance improvement are developed through the improvement of co-operative legislation, structural influences to the market environment changes, the special programs of the informative-consultative, legal, economic and political support. Scientific novelty of the received results consists in working out and a substantiation of theoretical and practical approaches to realization of the program of construction of co-operative structures in an agrarian sector of economic activity.
