Essay

Dissertation is devoted to a problem of the organisation and functioning of control systems of quality with use of the marketing approach on an example of the enterprises of a machine-building complex. It is in a complex proved theoretical and methodical principles of the organisation of a marketing control system by quality at the enterprise. The organizational structure of the offered system on the basis of association of the general, special and providing subsystems which are united in the automated network is developed. Application of the given system allows to make operatively administrative decisions concerning introduction of correcting and precautionary actions concerning efficient control processes of quality of functioning of the machine-building enterprise and quality of production.
