The object of research: processes and conditions of innovation and investment policies in agriculture. Aim: development of scientifically based proposals for improving innovation and investment policy in agriculture of Ukraine. Methods: techniques of abstract logical method (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and comparison), methods of statistical analysis, economic-mathematical, tabular and graphical displays. Theoretical and practical results: findings and recommendations of the theoretical and methodological framework for the formation of innovative investment policies in agriculture. Scientific novelty: the first time defined the term "national innovation and investment policies in agriculture" and conceptual framework of strategy formation innovative investment policies in agriculture, the methodology for the analysis of innovation and investment policies in agriculture, the conceptual formulation of innovation investment policy was furthered development of construction of the system of innovation and investment policies in agriculture, formation of organizational structures and economic mechanism of investment and innovation processes in agriculture.
