The object is the processes of the integration of immediate – implants during the restoration of the defects of the dental rows; the aim is to increase the effectiveness of the patient treatment with partial defects of the dental rows; the methods – biomechanical, physic – mechanical, biochemical, cytological, clinical, roentgenologic, clinical – instrumental, statistical; the new approach lies in the fact that there has been improved the protocol of immediate implantation with the usage of the elaborated implant with the modified surface by calico-phosphate compositions with the creation of the supportive maintaining stabilizator; the results are the following: there has been elaborated the implant with the supportive maintaining stabilizator, which has been introduced into medical establishments and the educational process of the stomatologic institutions; the field - stomatology.
