Object – biomechanical processes which occur in the tissues of the denture-bearing area in prosthetic treatment included defects of dental lines; purpose – to improve the efficacy of prosthetic treatment in patients with the included defects of dentition; methods – clinical, laboratory, mathematic, statistical; novelty – for the first time there have been substantiated and developed the construction of decomposable bridge prosthesis with the denture base saddle in the included defects of dentition; results – there have been studied the peculiarities of biomechanics of non-removable bridge prostheses and construction of decomposable bridge prosthesis; obtained results – implemented into prosthetic treatment and educational process; field – stomatology.
