Essay

The thesis elaborated the organizational-economic mechanism of interaction between airlines and agents, which provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services. The of shaping such an organization-economic mechanism is reduction of aircrafts' total cost of ownership by the airline. The organizational models of airline interaction with enterprises, which carry out different forms of maintenance of modern aircraft are defined, and also suggested the economic-mathematical model of choosing the optimum alternative of carring out all forms of maintenance with the aim of maximizing the consolidated discounted cash flow of the airline.
