Essay

In the thesis a mechanism of innovation implementation in to the ATC system is improved, by means of critical way method usage. It was offered the method of the criteria selection in ATC system, with usage of the method of expert rating - the method of hierarchy analysis. It was made the modification of the present formula of the effectiveness rating innovation implementation, and created a model of the implementation of rating effectiveness of the automatic dependent surveillance system during the ATC process.
