Dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations regarding the formation of systems of mutual settlements between the subjects of the air transport market. In this paper studding the scientific and methodological foundations of commercial air transport enterprises. Reveals the economic substance and form of sale of services of passenger air transport services provided by the assessment of the effectiveness of mutual organization in the airline field. A synthesis of research forms and methods of commercial air transport enterprises, which showed that the competitive airliens are using electronic commerce technologies to diversify the ways of distribution services and find alternative ways of marketing, pricessing, and a reservation of such schemes sale of air transport services in which costs are reduced on the maintanance procedures for the sale, respectively, reduced rates for consumers.
