The thesis is aimed at solving a research problem of increasing the efficiency of visualization a dynamic situation on the displays of real-time air-navigation geo-information systems (ANGS). The model of the process and a structure of the channel of building the visual images to the display in a real-time ANGS are suggested. The method of quick building of a cartographic background has been developed. The modified algorithm for the method of base matrixes has been created for turning a complex symbol. Algorithms have been created for reconstruction of the cartographic background. A method of selecting the set of algorithms that provide building of the visual image and optimizing the speed of displaying the visual image. A procedure of building the visual images of a dynamic scene in a real-time ANGS is suggested.
