Essay

Includes proposals on building of the steel concrete bridges using metal beams of long-term storage. A new methodology has been worked out to estimate the reliability of the long-term storage constructions. Micro and macrostructure of the steel has been learned. Its chemical composition has been determined, its mechanical data and qualities has been defined. The long-term storage beams testing showed that the proper solidity and rigidity of the bridge beams were provided as well as the reliable performance of assembly welds. Statistical and dynamical testing of 9 bridges indicates that the solidity, deformability and dynamic features of their span constructions meet the required norms. An improved calculation scheme of a flat plate of a composite bridge span construction has been proposed. In order to define the residual resource of bridge constructions by means of correlation of the reliability theory and standardized reliability coefficients a methodology of time-before-ruining calculation has been proposed.
