Kotik V. Restructuring and reformation of management structure of railway transport

A research object is socio-economic processes which take place on a railway transport in the conditions of realization of reformation. A research aim consists in the ground of theoretical, approaches and conceptual principles in relation to the improvement of operating structure of management of national economy an economy, which are needed for forming and realization of socio-economic model of development of railway transport of Ukraine. Methodological basis are an economic theory and scientific works of home and foreign scientists-economists after the theme of research In the process of research scientific methods are applied approach of the systems and comparative economic analysis, generalization of scientific approaches, formalization and empiric research which, logical design, expert estimations, graphic, accompanying changes, multivariable prognostication, programming. Theoretical results and novelty of researches consist in the ground of theoretical approaches and conceptual bases in relation to the improvement of operating structure of management of national economy an economy, which are needed for forming and realization of socio-economic model of development of railway transport of Ukraine. The practical value of the got results consists in development of suggestions in relation to the improvement of organization of economy and management industry and her socio-economic development. Recommendations in relation to the self-weighted approach to forming of social policy in the field of transportations must assist the increase of efficiency of work of industry a railway transport. Substantive scientific provisions and conclusions of dissertation are offered for development of conception of development of industry with the aim of decision-making from forming of strategy of the balanced development of national economy of Ukraine Application domain in an educational process in courses "Economy of railway transport", "Planning of activity of enterprises of railway transport", "Basis of economy of transport".
