Navrotskiy O. Mechanism of realization of regulator policy of the state at the market of the real estate of Ukraine

Research object. Regulator policy of the state at the market of the real estate in Ukraine. Research purpose. Clarification of conceptual bases and ground of mechanism of realization of regulator policy of the state at the market of the real estate of Ukraine. Research methods. Method of analysis and synthesis, elements of methods of complex, structural, comparative, system analysis, methods of comparisons, analogies and generalizations, method of mathematical extrapolation, methods of multidimensional statistical analysis, methods of coefficient analysis. The practical value of work consists in enrichment of the system of knowledges about the features of becoming and development of mechanism of realization of regulator policy of the state at the market of the real estate of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in the ground of mechanism of realization of regulator policy of the state at the market of the real estate of Ukraine. Estimation of administrative-spatial concentration of market of the real estate in Ukraine in the cut of small and large cities is first carried out, that allowed to form of principle a new approach to his analysis and realization of state regulator policy. Approaches to monitoring of market condition of the real estate of Ukraine by application of dvuhmernogo approach to the analysis of indexes, which unlike existing, are improved, foresees combination of analysis of static and dynamic indexes of development and provides bases for forming of effective regulator policy of the state. The results of dissertation are used in practical activity of Committee of Supreme Soviet of Ukraine on the Questions of Economic Policy, Kharkov Regional Soviet, Allukrainian Public Organization "Ukrainian Guild Rieltorov". The separate results of research are used in an educational process in the Kharkov National University of the V.N. Karazіna name.
