Shyshova I. Forming a strategy for sustainable operation of mining and metallurgical complex

Research object. Processes of providing of the steady functioning of mountain-metallurgical complex, enterprises of industry and their resources. Research purpose. Development of theoretical aspects of forming of bases of the steady functioning, development of practical recommendations of determination of basic measures on development of strategy of the steady functioning and forming of directions of improvement of functioning of enterprises of mountain-metallurgical complex during its realization. Research methods. Method of theoretical generalization and analysis of the systems; method of statistical analysis; method of mathematical design; method of comparison; graphic methods. The scientific value of research results consists in opening and ground of theoretical bases and principles of forming of strategy of steady development of mountain-metallurgical complex. Practical value of the got results. Drawing on research results is instrumental in strengthening of market positions of enterprises of mountain-metallurgical complex, rational use of resources and possibilities, and also increase of economic efficiency of their activity. A scientific novelty consists in development of conceptual approach in relation to forming of strategy of the steady functioning of mountain-metallurgical complex, which includes certain directions of improvement economic activity, introduction of the system of kontrolling and monitoring of certain strategies, that will allow to provide the effective functioning of enterprises; the method of estimation of material well-being is improved by the resources of mountain-metallurgical complex, which is based on the certain degree of the use of standard and specific resources and, unlike existing, allows to find out reasons of their недоиспользования; grounded determination of basic directions of providing of the steady functioning of mountain-metallurgical complex, as industries of national economy on the basis of the use of method of component analysis of economic indicators which represent basic tendencies and prospects of development of industry, that allows to take into account its specific and state of the market state of affairs.
