Strizhichenko N. The evaluation of alternative value of renewing the fixed assets of machine-building enterprise

The present fixed productive assets of machine-building enterprises are analyzed. The essence and role of category of alternative value of investments are considered. The affiliate, additive, intersactive, multiplicative and alternative kinds of investments are proposed. The conceptual basis of comparative evaluation of alternatives of financing the renewing of an enterprise fixed productive funds is built. The contradiction between usage of alternative value of costs for buying and exploitation of equipment and usage of alternative value of lost costs of bought equipment is found. The aggregate of tasks of planning the renewing the fixed productive assets of the machine-building enterprise is considered. The important, but unsolved in the theory and practice of investment man-agement tasks are selected. The conditions and targets of attraction and usage of debt funds to finance the renewing of fixed productive assets are discovered. The evaluating of alternative value of investments is improved. It is improved with the usage of indica-tor of discounting, that is adjusted for coefficient of economic safety and the order of comparison of qualitative and quantitative estimations of alternative value of internal in-vestments in the enterprise. To determine the rational periods of returning debts that are used in the financing the renewing of fixed productive assets of the enterprise the indica-tor "the recommended period of returning debts" is proposed. Such indicator is calcu-lated based on three suppositions.
