The work deskribes the improvement of analytical tool of a management expenses on innovative activity of industrial enterprise. Essence and structure of expenses is specified on innovative activity. Tendencies and problems of innovative activity are investigational in Ukraine. The system functional case expenses frame is developed on innovative activity of industrial enterprise. Investigational structure of analytical tool in a management expenses on innovative activity of industrial enterprise and the computer-integrated method of estimation of investment attractiveness of enterprise of subject of innovative activity is offered. The complex estimation of efficiency of charges is offered on innovative activity with the use of criterion approach and method of factor experiment of type of "2n" for the analysis of groups of projects. Approbation of results of research on the base of enterprises of machine-building and metallurgical industries of the Lugansk area is conducted.
