In the thesis the analysis of the modern theoretical and methodological approaches is made to the formation of the system of the industrial work safety as well as it is developed the model for its management at the oil and gas companies. In the model of modern industrial work safety a suggestion is made to distinguish economic elements in a separate component because of the significance of economic management tools of industrial work safety.
