Thesis for a scientific degree of the candidate of legal sciences in the field of criminal law and criminology; criminal-executive law by speciality 12.00.08. The V.M. Koretsky Institute of the State and Law of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences, Kiev, 2009. In the dissertation contains the complex analysis of theoretical problems of political criminality in foreign criminology. The question of a place political criminology in the general theory is considered. The conclusion that degree of a readiness and volume of knowledge of political criminality allows to consider as its direction criminology sciences is drawn. Classification of political crimes by different criteria is in details investigated. Division of political crimes into crimes which are perfect in internal policy sphere, and crimes which are perfect in foreign policy sphere is offered.
