Object of research - - information processing in the computer systems; purpose – analysis and development of methods and devices for the information processing on the number-theoretic transforms base with the the Galois functions and code systems for the increase of efficiency information processing in the computer systems; methods and apparatus - analytical, experimental; theoretical and practical results - the complex of methods and devices for the information processing on the number-theoretic transforms base in the computer systems is developed; novelty - new information processing methods in the computer systems on the discrete orthogonal transform base in Galois system for the spectral analysis and on the discrete biorthogonal wavelet-transform base for the frequency-times analysis, that allowed to decrease surplus at the fixed error of renewal and multiply exactness of renewal of informative threads at the fixed compression; the method of decoding on the circulant transform base with the Galois code systems matrices at the noiseproof coding and transmission in the distributed computer systems, that allowed to increase the algorithm’s time efficient; development of mathematical vehicle of transformations between number-theoretic bases is continued, that provided proper transforms procedures realization; degree of introduction - methods and device of the information processing are embedded; sphere (sector) use - computer systems.
