Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the experimental investigation end theoretical substantiation optical and luminescent properties of bismuth germanate with structure of eulitine Bi4Ge3O12, sillenite Bi12GeO20 and benitoite Bi2Ge3O9. The spectra of luminescence of thin films Bi4Ge3O12, Bi12GeO20 and Bi2Ge3O9 and centers of luminescence bound us with bismuth ions in near oxygen's encirclement. Thermally stimulated luminescence of ceramics Bi4Ge3O12, Bi12GeO20, Ві2О3 and GeO2 was investigated. The spectra of thermoluminescence was analysed.
