Determination of financial investments market as parts of financial market is offered. The general model of financial investments market analysis is elaborated and the stages of its conducting are substantiated. The methodical approaches to financial investments market analysis are improved on the basis of application the method of data standardization and also organizational and methodical approaches are improved in relation to the informative structure of financial investments market. The classification features of financial investments are developed after various criteria. Conceptual approaches in relation to mobilization of financial investments market in the conditions of worsening economical situation are determined.
