Dissertation is dedicated to complex research of modern problems of pretrial process in criminal cases on taxes, duties (obligatory payments) evasion. A definition of pretrial process, concept, and meaning is given and importance of the initial stage of crime investigation is shown. There defined the problems of criminal proceeding initiation, typical investigatory situations and versions, as well as peculiarities of conducting and organization of investigatory actions on the initial stage of pretrial process on taxes, duties (obligatory payments) evasion. A specificity of special knowledge use and providing of legality at investigation of taxes, duties (obligatory payments) evasion are considered.
