Scherbakovsky S. Using of the results of operative and searching activity in investigation of illegal drug trafficking

The dissertation is devoted to a decision at monographic level of problems of using the results of operative and searching activity during investigation of illegal drug trafficking. On the basis of analysis of scientific works of native and foreign scientists, investigation and operative and searching practice, author determines that the result of operative and searching activity is operative and searching information which is contained in official detective materials, used for providing of evidences for to the criminal cases and informative providing of investigator and detective. Problems which accompany investigation of illegal drug trafficking are thoroughly examined in the work.
